Tomodachi Life Rom on 3DS is one of those games that’s just weird in the best way. You drop your Mii characters—friends, family, celebs, whoever—onto this little island and then just watch what happens. Sometimes they become best friends, fall in love, argue over food, or randomly start singing in a band. It’s super random, and that’s what makes it fun. The ROM comes in .3DS and .CIA formats and works great with emulators like Citra, so you can play it on your phone or computer without much hassle. There’s a lot of customization, and every time you play, something new or hilarious usually happens. It’s chill, strange, and kind of addictive in a way that’s hard to explain until you try it.
